
The process began online where he watched thousands of ads for inspiration. The commercial he liked best was the Visa “Didn’t See The Sign” ad from the “If Life Were Like That, You Wouldn’t Need A Visa Card” campaign. Says Myles, “I quickly recognized the talent of the ads’ writer, Josh Rachlis from Visa’s ad agency Leo Burnett in Toronto, and contacted him to see if he had any material I could use within the ‘If Life’ Campaign.” Josh offered Myles one of his unproduced scripts for this project. Myles proceeded to round up equipment and a crew and shot the ad.
Myles shared the spot with Leo Burnett and they loved it. When Leo Burnett shared the ad with us, we loved it too. We posted the spot on our website in hopes that it gets Myles’ some much-deserved accolades. It all goes to show that with Visa, life really can be like that.
