Visa cardholders in transit can contact the Visa emergency line at 1-800-VISA-911 for emergency travel assistance.

Cardholders may be entitled to a refund if the services they purchased with their Visa card were not rendered and should contact the financial institution that issued their card as soon as possible to discuss their specific situation. Cardholders who need assistance reaching the financial institution that issued their card should call 1-800-VISA-911.
