The Visa Infinite Dining Series Dishes up a Tribute to Canada's Top Chefs

Visa Infinite offers cardholders exclusive culinary experiences featuring top chefs and some of Canada's most acclaimed restaurants

(Toronto, ON) October 6, 2011 – Visa is proud to announce the third installment of its highly anticipated epicurean series. Offered exclusively to Visa Infinite cardholders, the Visa Infinite Dining Series launches on October 19, 2011, with gourmet fare from Top Chef Canada finalists - Dale MacKay, Rob Rossi and Connie DeSousa - who will collaborate on a three city tour in an unforgettable culinary celebration.

The trio of top chefs will work their collective magic in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto, with the latter taking place at Top Chef Canada Judge Mark McEwan's acclaimed Bymark restaurant. This rare opportunity gives foodies and fans the chance to meet these celebrity chefs in person, while tasting first-hand how their competitive experiences have contributed to their personal culinary evolution.

Now in its third season, the Visa Infinite Dining Series offers exclusive access to a curated program of dining events designed to tempt and tantalize the discerning taste of Visa Infinite cardholders. The memorable gastronomic showcase features some of Canada's most internationally acclaimed chefs, who personally design and prepare the evening's menu. Each event is kicked-off by a champagne reception and takes place in a private and sophisticated setting within one of Canada's top restaurants. The dinner is hosted by a distinguished guest, often a leading food critic, sommelier or wine maker, and meal courses are highlighted by carefully selected and complementary wines.
