The transition went very smoothly. When my technical people tell me something is "no problem," I'm always a little doubtful. But this really was painless. There was no down time at all. No lag in our business. We've had a lot of support from our Acquirer/Payment Processor, including regular monitoring of our site.

We have always done a lot to verify the order. As a result, Cayne's has never had a high number of chargebacks. However, with VbV, our chargebacks have decreased even further! The initial investment is well worth it."
