Once a program is up and running, ongoing support from the card Issuer can help make adjustments to ensure the program fully meets expectations. Visa and its Issuers also offer a collection of Best Practices reports, including:
- Guidelines to assist with managing Visa Meetings card-related commodity tax compliance
- Tools to benchmark a company’s procurement and payment processes against Best Practices, including improvement recommendations
Cardholders enjoy 24-hour toll-free access to global customer assistance services, including lost/stolen card reporting, cardholder inquiries, and emergency card replacement within 24 hours anywhere in North America.
